Achieving wellbeing
Employee recreation is part of Ivy’s Wellbeing Program. It is one of the best ways of supporting and improving team morale in the workplace. It makes work fun and breaks the ice between everybody, eventually leading to building a strong workforce that will always be on top of their game.
They will feel more comfortable interacting with each other as they get to know more about the person they work with regularly. It also improves their interpersonal relationship.
We had a total of 15 teams with 75 employees who participated on September 11, 2022 (Sunday) at The Classic Bowl Bukit Jumbul, Penang from 11.00am to 4.00pm. Top 5 scorers were awarded with Prizes as below:
- Individual Top Scorer (Male) = Certificate and RM50 Cash Voucher
- Individual Top Scorer (Female) = Certificate and RM50 Cash Voucher
- Team Champion (5 members) = Certificate and RM300 Cash Voucher
- 1st Runner Up (5 members) = Certificate and RM200 Cash Voucher
- 2nd Runner Up (5 members) = Certificate and RM150 Cash Voucher
